We are looking for a dynamic, creative and organised communications professional for a short-term contract of 6 months to commence in July 2022.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Development, Collections and Programmes team to coordinate marketing and publicity for programmes, collections and events
- Oversee the production of all marketing and promotional materials including producing content for social media channels, eNewsletter and annual newsletter
- Manage the PR and Communications aspects for the Annual Fundraiser, and provide on-site support of the auction preview and gala dinner
- Oversee AAA’s communication strategy
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or other relevant fields
- At least 6 years of proven experience in the field of communications, with a track record of leading and managing a team to build and drive the communications strategy in an organisation
- A keen interest in Asian contemporary art
- Ability to organise, manage, and deliver multiple projects and campaigns
- Well-versed in digital and social media marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills in forging effective working relationships with multiple departments
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English essential
- Highly organised and able to multitask, with excellent time management skills
- Past experience managing content for multiple social media channels, and their related production and tracking tools.
