As its title suggests, this exhibition focuses on photographic artworks and multi-media art which make use of video and the Internet. Works of nearly forty contemporary artists are on display, some being leading figures in the contemporary art scene in China. Included in the present catalogue are essays by Huang Du, Zhu Qi, Huang Yan and Jiao Yingqi (art critics) on the development and growing popularity of these art forms. Artists' biographies (in Chinese only) are provided.
