This is the catalogue for exhibition of the same name. The Hong Kong Fridge exhibition, curated by Laurence Dreyfus, is the 12th edition since its inception in Paris in 2003. "Exhibiting art work in refrigerators is interest-provoking, makes people smile, and arouses irony and curiosity. Fridge and Food Culture is an unusual way of viewing the edible and the transformations artists operate upon it.” Curator says.
