This catalogue was published to accompany the exhibition 'NAM JUNE PAIK the NEXT' which took place from March to April 2008, organised by Leeahn Gallery in Daegu, Korea.
At the core of the exhibition are video installations from the 1980s and 1990s, including TV Cello, 2002, incorporating video of a performance by Charlotte Moorman; Music Box (1954/1994) showing early TV work; The Tiger lives, 2000, a documentary video; and the grand-scale Quetzacoati, 1996. The series Robot Circus, 2004, is also included which has added meaning being one of Paik's final works.
