Lau Kin Wah Jaspar's project 'HistoriCITY - Art Historical Writing in and on Hong Kong' at AAA was concerned with the art history of Hong Kong, the accuracy of its telling, and the inclusion of local voices in its documentation.

To generate open dialogue on these issues, AAA, Jaspar and a number of local art practitioners co-organised a mini-exhibition at the Archive, a series of reading groups, and a roundtable symposium.

Documentations of the project:

1. Reading group: Outline
2. Roundtable symposium: Synopses, abridged transcript of Session 1
3. Reviews: Ming Pao Weekly (14 Jul 2007), Tai Kung Pao (1 Oct 2007), Yishu (Jan 2008)
4. Project documentation on mMK website
