Catalogue published on the occasion of the exhibition 'Trace Elements' featuring 10 Australian and Japanese artists. It was the result of a collaborative project between Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery and Performance Space, Sydney promoting cultural and artistic exchange.

"The world is changing, in some ways that are irrevocable and unchangeable, causing us to contemplate our impermanence and our transcience on this earth, as human beings. 'Trace Elements' looks into pasts, presents and fictions that explore through photography and photomedia technologies, the very things that make us human – our memories, our histories, the trace of ourselves and what we leave behind us as audio visual residue." - excerpt from foreword by Fiona Winning, Director of Performance Space

Interviews with/on the artists, as well as their biographies, are included. Other participating artists: Philip Brophy, Jane Burton, Alex Davies, Genevieve Grieves and Sophie Kahn.
