This is a monograph of Chinese woman artist Chen Lingyang, featuring the project of the above title which was completed between November 1999 and December 2000. Twelve photographs are presented here, each shows the artist's private part (reflected in the mirror) during her menstruation period. The mirror in each of the twelve photographs is accompanied by one type of flower, hence comes the title Twelve Flower Months. The project was curated by Li Xianting.
