This catalogue was published on the occasion of Haris Purnomo's solo exhibition Di Bawah Sayap Garuda (Under the Wings of Garuda) at Nadi Gallery in 2006. Featured in the exhibition are paintings of infants with tatoos and wings of the Garuda, a mythical bird and a national symbol of Indonesia. Ronald Manullang wrote, '...these babies seem to want to be powerful like Garuda, with tattoos all over the face and body, small wings growing here and there, and creeping as if in battle fields prior to the birth of the Republic, while living in the shadow of the overwhelming image of the mythical being with its scary gaze and claws.' Also featured in the catalogue are earlier paintings with juxtaposed images of the Garuda and children's faces.
