In this article, in view of the West Kowloon Cultural District project, art critic Oscar Ho looks into how cultural infrastructure may shape interpretation of culture. Museum designs of the MOMA, Guggenheim Museum and Pompidou are used as examples to discuss how works of art and art history are being interpreted in such context.
