'Where is Architecture?' offers a close examination on the fundamental concept of 'Architecture' through presenting installations made by Japanese architects. Incorporating architectural structures and methodologies in the installations, the architects attempt to define 'architecture' in everyday life by crossing the boundary between art and architecture.

Accompanying the exhibition 'Where is Architecture?', held at the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo, from April to August 2010, this catalogue includes essays and architects' explanatory notes responding to the museum's questionnaire. Includes artists' biographies.
