This document is a photocopy of the typed manuscript on the basis of which artist K.G. Subramanyan delivered a talk on All India Radio in 1973. The text was written in commemoration of Pablo Picasso after his death in April 1973.
The text was subsequently published under the same title in Vol. 22 of Nandan magazine (Kala Bhavana, Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan) in 2002.
