The 2002 Taipei Public Art Festival was a month-long event that featured temporary art installations at Dahu Park, Taipei. Its funding was derived from the construction budget for the Nei Hu Sewage Treatment Plant, a major public works project required to dedicate 1% of its total budget to public art. After the closing of the Dahu Park exhibition, three artworks were placed permanently at the plant. This book documents the exhibition and related programmes. With artist biographies.
