Catalogue of solo exhibition by Ahmad Zakii Anwar in 2005, featuring works produced during his residency at the Singapore Tyler Print Institute. According to Lindy Poh, the recent collection that has emerged from Ahmad Zakii Anwar's participation at the Visiting Artist Program (VAP) with the Singapore Tyler Print Institute, excavates and re-energises some of the defining images from Zakii's visual explorations in the last decade. 'Primordial Dream effectively captures the driving concepts, philosophies and aesthetics that Zakii has honed over the years through the most 'primeval' of visual formats - through the symbol, icon, allegory, myth and metaphor.'
