Zaha Hadid designed a mobile art "gallery" for Chanel which is sculptural and futuristic. Curator Fabrice Bousteau brought together artists to produce works around the concept of Chanel's quilted handbag. Yoko Ono, Wim Delvoye, Lee Bul are some contributing artists. Mobile Art highlights the emergence of a new relationship between fashion, art and architecture. It opened in Hong Kong atop the Star Ferry carpark on February 27, 2008 and will move to Tokyo in May.
