'Since 2016, Art Readers has launched a series of art talks. This publication compiles the papers by a total of six speakers of the three talks in the first season. This publication is not just a collection of the transcripts of the talks, but refined texts after the speakers have given the talks and experienced a further period of reflection and verification. In addition to the speakers' writings, Tam Wai Ping's response essay is also included, in the hope of providing another perspective of reading art. Research scholars include: Wan Lai Na, Nina, Liu Nga Ying, Queenie, Leung Hoi Yung, Iceman, Wong Kei Shun, Samson, Ho Siu Kee and Lai Chiu Han, Linda.' - excerpted from the abstract.
