In the "Opening Nights" section these event / exhibitions are highlighted: Artist of the Year Award 1988 (Irene Chou won the Painter of the Year, Cheung Yee the Sculptor of the Year); The Stars: Ten Years, Justin Lee and Lui Chin-Kwong's exhibition at Alisan Fine Arts, and Chen Jialing at Plum Blossoms.
