Brief news report on the solo retrospective of Takashi Murakami at the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA, Los Angeles, held from October 2007 through February 2008. The exhibition presented more than 90 works created by the artist from 1991 to 2000, including animations and large figures, covering the five exhibition areas of 35,000 square feet in total. The exhibition attracted 8,000 visitors on its opening day.
