The Bengal Foundation came into being in the mid-eighties with the aim of nurturing the arts and culture of Bangladesh. This publication provides information and documentation on the art exhibtiions, events and workshops held at the Foundation since 2000. It also includes a list of the Bengal Foundation Award recipients, information on the video documentaries and publications produced by the Foundation. With brief biographies of the artists.
