This is the catalogue of a joint exhibition of artists who make use of ink as their medium. The main concern of the partipating artists is the interpretation and recreation of the 'integral quality' of traditional Chinese Literati Painting. Artist biographies are provided.
N.B. In the beginning, this exhibition was planned to be a solo exhibition by Yang Jiecang. Later, it evolved into a joint exhibition. Therefore, there is a section in this catalogue which is devoted to artworks by Yang Jiecang entitled Yang Jiecang Retrospective.
