Publication produced on the occasion of the Asia-Pacific Festival Conference of Women in the Arts held in Manila in 2003. The festival's main focus is on performing arts, with the visual art exhibition Who Owns Women's Bodies (WOWB) (catalogue also available at the Archive) as part of the festival.
