This book is a sequel to ‘Chao Chung-Hsiang’ which was published by Alisan Fine Arts in 1992. Like the first volume, this publication offers an overview of Chao’s art through essays written by both Western and Chinese scholars and images of both published and unpublished paintings (grouped by themes). Also included here are a biography of the artist, a chronology of exhibitions Chao had participated in, a list of his works in public collections, a selected bibliography and an alphabetical index of plates.
