Beijing's newly renovated National Museum of Fine Arts has only one strict rule - there are no rules. And that results in an impressive showcase of international and local works from a wide range of schools. As Wang An, the museum's vice-director says, "We need all kinds of artwork - realists, behaviouralists, post-modernists. They're all valuable."
