This publication has been created to celebrate and record the processes and outcomes of the project in the Forest of Dean.
For over a year, artists Erika Tan and Jane Spray have engaged in an informal residency at the Forest of Dean Sculpture Trail. The artists were invited to explore how the particular landscape of the Forest and its social and cultural context affects people and how this could then inspire a body of work. During this period the artist undertook research in and around the Forest and created a range of experiemntal works.
