E+E is a cultural magazine published quarterly by Ngau Pang Sue Yuen (of Zuni) that locates at the Cattle Depot Artist Village, Hong Kong.

In this issue, local art critic Jaspar Lau ponders the plights of art criticism in Hong Kong in view of shortage of art fund and imbalance of resources allocation. Beijing-based art writer Zhang Zhaohui renders the ups and downs of the National Art Gallery over the past four decades.
