This catalogue accompanied the exhibition, Emotional Drawing, at the SOMA Museum of Art, Korea from February 19-April 19, 2009.   The exhibition featured comtemporary drawings by 18 artists from Asia as well as by Amal Kenawy from Cairo, Egypt and Avish Khebrehzadeh who was born in Tehran, Iran.  The show is a continuation/modification of an earlier show, A Perspective on Contemporary Art:  Emotional Drawing, first exhibited at the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo and the National Museum of Modern Art, Kyoto in 2008.   An introductory essay by Kenjiro Hosaka of the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo is followed by colour plates and brief artists' biographies.
