This catalogue is published on the occasion of Ci Kim's exhibition at Arario. The works included in the exhibition are 'photographs of trivial scenes of the everyday (that he always emphasizes their importance of) transform into unfamiliar scenes, and look back at us. Such unfamiliarity - which he calls "Utopian" - is the result of his constantly endeavors to look at the everyday differently. It is also a result of Ci Kim embracing all the happenings of accidents that occur in the mechanical seeing.
