Guangzhou-based artist Fan Bo is a contemporary oil painter who focuses on portraiture. His mastery of traditional oil painting techniques is evident in his realist style. Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in studio art and Chinese Aesthetics at the Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA) in Beijing.
