There is the new phenomenon of artists from Europe and the United States moving to China to create art at less financial cost. "A lot of Western artists are coming here to live the dynamism and make especially crazy work they could never do anywhere else in the world, " says Jerome Sans. Several artists such as Rania Ho, Alessandro Rolandi, Joseph Ellis, Helen Couchman and Alfredo Martinez are interviewed.
