This publication is produced on the occasion of solo exhibition of Taiwanese artist Li Chen of the same title held in Chang Kai-shek Memorial Hall from November to December 2011.

Li Chen was a sculptor who has first started out accepting projects from Buddhist shrines to produce traditional Buddha statues. In his early age, he has studied the Buddhist and Taoist classics. His works appear both classical and modern, infused with personal sentiment and modern spirit, and give viewers a sense of life harmony. His art works shown in the catalogue are accompanied with essays by curators and art critics.

Including a biography of Li Chen.
