IASK (International Artists Studio Program Korea) Changdong & Goyang provides artists-in-residence programs run by the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Korea in order to encourage and support artistic creativity and to make Korean contemporary art known to the world.  IASK provides studio space to domestic and overseas artists, creating an environment for fruitful artistic discourse.  Artist biographies are provided in the present catalogue.  A few western artists participated:  Raphael Charpentie, Andreas Gaertner, Lisa Tagesson, Timmy Graham, Mike Andrews, Sverre Stranberg and Anna Daniell.
