Steven Pettifor reviews Bangkok's contemporary art scene. He sees Silom as an emerging art enclave. Bangkok has around 50 gallery spaces with regular exhibition schedules, and a handful of independent spaces for staging non-commercial, site-specific multimedia displays. He discussed four galleries: Kathmandu Photo Gallery, Conference of Birds, Whitespace and Nospace.
