Context
Sin Pin Pier is an alternative art space based in Taiwan and was established in 1997 by a group of 30 members from the Kaohsiung City Modern Painting Association. In 2009, Sin Pin Pier was registered as an independent civil association. Over the years, Sin Pin Pier is dedicated to the promotion of artistic and cultural activities in Southern Taiwan.
