The group exhibition Indonesian Eye follows the success of Korean Eye, the initiative started in 2009 by the collectors David and Serenella Ciclitira to promote Korean contemporary art to a Western audience by exhibiting the work of emerging and more established Korean artists internationally. Indonesian Eye first opened in Jakarta in June 2010 and travelled to the Satcchi Gallery, London in August 2010. This book was published in conjunction to the exhibition and has a broader selection of artists and works than the exhibition. It includes colour plates of works with annotation and/or the artist's statement. With biographies of the artists.
