Catalogue of joint exhibition organised by Yisulang Art Gallery in 2006. Jia Fangzhou wrote, 'In contemporary Chinese art, sexuality has become a common theme, especially in the last two years. In fact, exhibitions of works relating to sex are so prevalent that the phenomenon is a worthy research topic... In the world of ink and wash, the works of the artists we have invited to exhibit are particularly outstanding because they constitute direct evidence of their creators' inner truth. The pieces displayed in this exhibition reveal a common aim to express the reality of life for the artists. These paintings are both a result of the painters' reality and a part of that reality.'
