In the Kaohsiung International Container Arts Festival 2003, various presentations with containers mirror the hope of constructing a city where the merge of arts and public entertainment is possible. Each of them indicates the possibility of unleashing human imagination free from restrictions imposed by standardization and uniformity. The festival comprised three categories - Visual Arts, Performing Arts and Civil Arts with such activities as 'Container Art Village', 'Container Town', and 'Sunshine Theatre'.
The disc contains a documentation of the opening of the Festival, with shots of artworks included.
A catalogue (EX.TAI.KIC.2003) is also available in the Archive.
