This catalogue accompanies the titled exhibition featuring the work of Lee Yongbaek at the Korean Pavilion of the 54th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, June to November 2011. Since the early 1990s, Lee has experimented with various technologies, from single-channel video, sound, kinetics, to robotics. The presentation of his recent works at Venice highlights his wide interests in issues associated with existence, society, religion and politics.
