This book consists of multiple essays by Leung Po Shan, including art writings, news commentaries, as well as notes of her travels and Zen practice. She also documents and reflects upon her performance work and participations in social movements, including anti-WTO protests, protests to preserve the now-demolished Edinburgh Place Ferry Pier (aka Star Ferry Pier) and Queen's Pier, etc.

Graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 1996, major in Fine Arts and pursued an Master of Philosophy degree in the same department in 2000, the Hong Kong artist plays with images, texts and body in theatre, performance and installation. She joined Para/Site Art Space in 1998, and has been an active writer for the arts and an editorial member of the web-base independent media, Inmedia. She is currently a PhD candidate of Cultural Studies at CUHK, and member of Hong Kong Culture Monitor and Mindful Culture.
