This is a monograph of Taiwanese artist Kuo Ichen published in conjunction with his first solo exhibition held at Galerie Grand Siecle, Taiwan International Visual Arts Center and two public spaces in November 2007.

One of the works featured in the exhibition was presented at the original site of shooting (the building of Eslite Store in Xi-Men-Ting and the television wall of the Long-men Building on the Chung-Hsiao East Road). Entitled "Lose Contact", it has day and night versions, made by attaching surveillance cameras to balloons during the day and at night. The images captured are transmitted via a wireless device to the receptors on the ground. As the balloons float farther away, the ground area covered by the camera increases until there is no signal due to distance limit of the wireless transmission.

The monograph features his works from 2002 to 2007. With artist biography. Please note that two supplementary DVDs (CDAAA.000438, CDAAA.000439) are available in the library.
