This publication is produced in occasion of the group exhibition of works by Korean artists at Daegu Art Museum from October 2011 to February 2012.

'"Nature, Life, Human" scrutinizes the elements of the climatic and natural environment and their relation to life which is infused within the artworks as characteristic cues. In other words, Nature, Life and Humans pays attention to the aesthetic quality pervading the Korean sensibilities which stems from the physical surroundings and life, as interacting with or subjected by the environment.
"Nature, Life, Human" is composed of the two sections, Nature and Life, respectively presented in the first and second exhibition hall. The two themes might sound separate and sing different songs, yet the audience will  feel that there is an organic relationship between the two. The artworks reflect the artist’s individual experience, the circumstance of the times when the artist is living, the surrounding features, geographical and atmospheric, to which the artist’s feelings and thoughts are bound to respond. By focusing the relevance between the artworks and the environmental constituents, the audience will be led to ponder on their own lives; the opportunity to re-discover life from a fresh perspective.' - from museum's website.
