This collected papers was published for an international forum held in conjunction with the exhibition 'Navigator- Digital Art in the Making' at National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. The forum took place on 4 July 2004 at the atrium lobby of the museum. (The original venue for the forum was the National Museum of Natural Science as noted in this publication, but it was changed due to the damage to the NMNS caused by a typhoon.)

Each speaker's brief introduction and the essays are provided in both Chinese and English.
