'Portraits & Vortexes' is an exhibition by Pakistan's leading contemporary miniaturists, Aisha Khalid and Imran Qureshi. 'Khalid's collection for this exhibition creates the optical illusion of depth and seductively entices the viewer in. Painting with vivid blue, blood red and camouflage greens, the hypnotizing repetition of her style appears almost like digitally generated imagery.
