This video features a seminar by Dr. Desmond Hui, Director of Centre for Cultural Policy Research, The University of Hong Kong on 21 February 2004. It was commissioned by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council.

In his presentation, Dr. Hui covered the following topics: definition of public art, methodology, examples of benchmark cities such as Taipei, Toyko, Singapore, and New York City in promoting public art, and recommendations (short term, medium term and long term).
