The present Report brings together the discussions and thoughts generated from the brainstorming sessions taken place from 21-24 December 2003 in Chiangmai, Thailand, among members of the Mekong Art and Cultural Collaboration project. These brainstorming sessions resulted in formulation of the Mekong Lab project.
The report is compiled by Chiangmai University Art Museum & Project 304.
