Published in conjunction with an exhibition of the same title at The Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art, January to April 2011, curated by Yukie Kamiya. Displaying new works as an extension of Simon Starling's research project on the theme of Hiroshima, this book offers close examination of Henry Moore (1898-1986) and the Noh play 'Eboshi-on,' touching on topics such as the Cold War structure and cross currents in sociopolitical and cultural history linked to Moore's Atom Piece and Hiroshima.
