This DVD contains the video recording of a public report on 'Study on Creative Clusters (2004-2009 Hong Kong)' given by Leung Po-shan on 30 October 2009 at the Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre (JCCAC), Hong Kong. Leung shares her observations and data collected in the past five years. Questions addressed include: have art practitioners been benefiting from the West Kowloon Cultural District initiative? Do the objective conditions of artists' studios as spaces of production meet the wishes of art practitioners?
