This catalogue accompanied the art project by wah, a group of performance-oriented artists.  The group asked people they encountered around the Sumida River for ideas about the sort of thing they would like to see on the Sumida River.  After collecting over 300 suggestions, the group selected those that stood out as being particularly interesting and out them into practice.  The project was carried out as part of Asahi Art Festival 2009.  The catalogue includes descriptions and plates of works as well as the artist group's biography.  Text by Murata Makoto, an art journalist.
