Featured in this video is the first programme of a series of Visiting Guest Speakers Series launched by International Association of Art Critics, Hong Kong (AICA/HK). Visiting artists, art specialists and scholars in the fields of arts and culture will be invited to participate and discuss on a certain topic each and every time. AICA/HK has invited Dr. Jen Webb, Programme Director of Creative Writing and Director of Research into Communication, Media and Cultural Studies at University of Canberra to give a talk on Art and Human Rights at the Asia Art Archive on May 20 2004. The topic of the talk in Hong Kong will focus on the problem of censorship and freedom of expression.
