The ninth exhibition in the introductory series of Taiwanese contemporary art, held at MOMA Contemporary in Fukuoka, Japan, Shih-Fen LIU’s solo show, was also the first exhibition of a Taiwanese woman at MOMA. Drawings and installation work originally shown in the 1999 Liverpool Biennale were presented in this exhibition. This leaflet includes an interview with the artist by Weiching LI, which was originally published in ‘Artist Magazine’ in January 2000, and an artist biography, provided in both Japanese and English.
