Entitled Demeter after the Greek goddess of agriculture and fertility, the present exhibition commemorates the 120th year of the establishment of Obihiro City in Hokkaido and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Obihiro Chamber of Commerce and Industry. With artist profiles, texts about individual works and a timeline from 1991-2002 detailing the process from conception to the opening of the exhibition. Other participating artists include Cine Nomad, Casagrande & Rintala, Wolfgang Winter and Berthold Horbelt and Ingo Gunther. Please note that two articles Over the Sky: an interview with Yoko Ono by Yugo Ono and Like a Fringe, and Like a Hishi by Ryuta IMAFUKU are excluded in second version of the catalogue.
