This catalogue is published in conjunction with the group exhibition entitled VideoProgramme which aimed to present a contemporary view of Asian expression where electronic media artists reinterpret themselves using multi-media expressions featured on a single screen. In the Foreward by the curator Binghui Huangfu, she suggests that 'cultural expression and questions of cultural identity and cultural placement become interwoven within the very media itself.' Issues in relation to Asian video art (video art in Japan, Mainland China, India) are raised. The catalogue consists of the list of participating artists alongside with a synopsis of their videos. Artists' biographies included.
